Blazin' Kale Salad
 

Kale is one of the healthiest foods around and totally versatile, a dream for the healthy cook. This spicy preparetion could make kale your new favorite. If you've fallen in love with kale- you're not alone! Check out my blog for more fun ways to cook kale.

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 10-ounce bunch of kale, any variety
3 tablespoons Blazin' Blueberry Superfood Sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red or orange bell, diced
1 tablespoon thinly slice habanero

Directions

Place the kale, Blazin' Blueberry sauce, and the olive oil in a large bowl. Toss well and cover. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, before serving, to soften the kale, then serve.
